Important: If you’re volunteering in the school building, please stop by the front office before your volunteer shift to have your ID scanned and complete the required volunteer paperwork.

Classroom Support

A quick update on volunteering this year! Last year, the PTO helped coordinate classroom and school volunteer opportunities. This year, we’re going back to teachers sending out volunteer sign-ups for classroom-related needs. The PTO will continue to handle sign-ups for Coyote Cart, PTO events and activities, and other school-wide opportunities. Keep an eye out for sign-ups from your child’s teacher and from the PTO.

How to Become a Volunteer

First Time Volunteers

If you would like to volunteer you will need to complete a volunteer packet, which is avialable at the front desk. This includes schoolwide volunteers and classroom/field trip volunteers.

District Policy requires that all parents and visitors must present a physical drivers license/I.D., which will be scanned through our Raptor system at the front desk and a visitor’s badge/sticker will be provided. You will be asked to wear a visitor’s badge/sticker at all times.

Returning Volunteers

In order to enter the building, you will need to sign in on the visitor computer and press the button located on the brick wall inside the front vestibule. An office member will release the doors, allowing access to the building. Do not allow anyone else into the building with you. Remember to pick up your visitor badge at the office.
